Every single villa (Retro, Neo, and Visawa) features its own completely private swimming pool with a dedicated filtration system. You do not share your space with anyone else.

Yes. All 3 villas are designed with families in mind, featuring ground-floor only in one step, and spacious ground floor layout for the ease of access and movement for the elderly. Each house has a bedroom with an ensuite washroom on the ground floor.

Yes, all our villas are equipped with fast, reliable Wi-Fi and power backups, making them perfect for "Workations" or corporate off-sites.

We love furry friends! We are pet-friendly across selected villas. Please mention that you are bringing a pet when you inquire so we can guide you to the perfect space.

Check-in is at 2:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Yes, alcohol is allowed at all our villas. You're welcome to bring your own drinks and enjoy them responsibly. We do not sell alcohol on premises, but local shops are nearby.

Lonavala market is approximately 5-10 minutes by car from our villas. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and local eateries nearby.

Yes! We offer an excellent in-house chef service. You can choose from our menu of home-style meals. Meals are prepared fresh and charges are additional. Veg and non-veg options available.

Yes, we provide safe, private parking inside and outside the property premises for all our guests.

A booking is confirmed once a 50% non-refundable advance payment is made. The remaining balance is to be cleared prior to or upon check-in, with a refundable security deposit.

Yes, a fully refundable security deposit of 50% of rent or INR 10,000 (whichever is lower) is collected at check-in to cover any incidental damages. It is refunded at check-out upon a quick property inspection.

The main kitchen is operated by our chefs to ensure hygiene and quality. However, basic amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and kettle are accessible to guests for heating baby food or late-night snacks.
